Description of the area
The industrial area of Lihula Road is mainly characterised by various warehouses, service buildings, and industrial buildings. These buildings are used by the timber industry, car repair services, and for storing various commercial products. The described production buildings and services can be accessed easily – the buildings are located directly on the Lihula road connecting the area to the city of Haapsalu as well as to other major roads and facilitates fast transport of goods. Similarly to the industrial area, the industrial area of Lihula Road is not located far from the ports, providing additional development opportunities for the area, but also for the whole county.
